Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee. Cancellation Fee: Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. No shows (failure to attend without prior notice) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Repeated Cancellations: Clients who frequently cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice may be required to prepay for future appointments.
